We've been there. Strength training was a huge part of your life and now it feels like you have to be an absentee Dad to keep training or give it all up.
We wrote this program to provide New Dads with balance - stay strong but be able to show up at home too.

Lower Back Health
The most common injury concern for men in our demographic is lower back injuries.
So besides keeping you strong with time efficient training - the lower back and core focus found in this program will keep you healthy in and out of the gym.

Meet Your Coaches
Coach Dr. Marc Morris PhD (Nutrition), CSCS
Marc received an Honours Chemistry (Bio-organic Specialization) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. In 2009, he moved to the Prairies to pursue graduate school in Nutrition at the University of Saskatchewan, where he graduated with his PhD in Nutrition.
In academia, Marc’s experience ranges from playing “lab rat” as a healthy control to delivering a two full university level courses (Advanced Metabolism and Macronutrients and Current Issues in Nutrition) He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
As a strength athlete, Marc is a nationally-ranked powerlifter, attending the 2017 Open Equipped World Championships. He has served as Head Coach of the Canadian Men's Master team at the IPF Classic World Championships form 2016 to present. Marc leverages his athletic experience and credentials in biochemistry and human nutrition to provide evidence-based but practical recommendations to clients and the fitness community.

Coach Chris Fudge
Chris is father to two lively boys under the age of ten. With over 15 years of high level practical experience in the field of personal training and strength and conditioning, Chris is known for his obsessive style of tracking all variables in training and performance such as macros, sleep patterns, frequency, tempo, reps, sets, percents, tonnage and mostly stress. Because of this Chris is defined as a results based trainer. His education has led him to work with clients of various backgrounds from National record holding Powerlifters, award winning fitness models, university and professional athletes of varying sports to everyday weight loss and pain management clients. Chris has accumulated over 50 practical education courses specializing in strength and conditioning and low back health. Besides being awarded multiple top Personal Trainer awards across multiple organizations, Chris has won provincial and national powerlifting championships and has represented Canada at the IPF World Powerlifting Championships. Chris believes being adaptable and having a diverse skill set is what distinguishes great client results from poor results.
