Hi, I'm Coach Jocie

A foodie at heart and a passionate coach who knows firsthand that losing weight doesn’t mean giving up what you love. After losing 60 pounds myself, I realized the key to long-term success wasn’t in cutting out my favorite foods but in building a sustainable, enjoyable approach to nutrition and fitness.

With over 9 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I’ve helped countless clients transform their health while enjoying the foods they love. I’m an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Exercise Therapy Specialist, as well as a PN Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Online Trainer. My mission is to empower people to lose weight and gain confidence without feeling restricted or overwhelmed.

I created The Fit Foodie program for anyone who loves food but is tired of diets that suck the joy out of eating. I’m here to show you how to enjoy amazing meals, make progress you’re proud of, and build habits that last a lifetime.
